A Bit About Me

Becoming a Canine Professional  felt like a natural step for me, fueled by my lifelong love for animals and the happiness they bring to our lives. I've always been intrigued by Canine Psychology, their methods of communication, behaviors and the bond between dogs and their owners. I wanted to properly understand and enhance that knowledge through training.

My background and my dogs

I have been instructing First Aid and CPR for the Red Cross for the past 15 years and have also been training my own K-9’s. What better way to integrate my passion for teaching with my love of K-9’s than to teach Emergency First Aid and CPR for K-9’s? I possess an extensive background in instruction and am certified to teach the following through Canine Health Canada:

K9 CPR and Emergency First Aid

Fundamentals of K9 First Aid,

Service*, Therapy*, Emotional Support* K9 Emergency First Aid,

Dog safety and First Aid for kids,

Advanced K9 First Aid and CPR (when you are their only hope),

Disaster Planning For Pets.

My K9,s Lexi and Kruger accompany me and assist in teaching in my classes.

Hobbies:

Dog training, CKC member and competitor, camping, fishing ect.
